It includes discussions, hands-on practice in a carpentry workshop, and implementation in Hatzini Square under the guidance of construction professionals.
As part of the effort to integrate circularity into construction, the existing wooden fencing will be reconstructed and optimized and a new wooden seating area will be implemented with the aim of being a guide to good practice for similar interventions in public spaces of historic settlements.

The central concern of the action is the contribution of Open Construction and Architectural Technology to Sustainability and Architectural Heritage. Openness is characterized by access to knowledge and technologies, transparency in actions, permeability to organizational structures and institutions, inclusiveness and participation. Based on the above, professionals, students and volunteers of the village will participate in a joint effort to learn and offer.

The workshop is addressed to the residents of the village and the wider area, to students and professionals from the fields of architecture, cultural management, archaeology, anthropology and in general to researchers, professionals and amateurs interested in wooden constructions.
