The postgraduate program is housed in the building of the Department of Architectural Engineering at the University of Thessaly. The department's facilities are located in Pedion tou Areos in Volos, where the other departments of the Polytechnic School are also concentrated.

For the smooth operation of the graduate program, modern teaching and research spaces are fully utilized, along with specialized laboratories, advanced technological equipment, the department's administrative structure, and the wider support infrastructures and networks of the University of Thessaly.
